Carisma Solutions is driven by leaders with extensive experience and a profound understanding of the financial intricacies within businesses.

An entrepreneur with 30 years of experience in the software and KPO industry in India, the UK, the USA and Indonesia. He worked at Microsoft as Chief Compete Officer, Director and Architect Adviser, Assistant Vice President in Polaris Financial Technology Ltd. and Technology Director in Kumaran Systems Inc. Before starting to build out Carisma Solutions and Purple Quay, he was the Co-founder and Vice President of big data start-up Indix Corporation. He served as Executive Vice President of the Indo-Australian Chamber of Commerce and is now a member of the Board of the same. He is the custodian of the culture and values of the organisation. His leadership has enabled the business to grow successfully and responsibly from being a start-up to a leading business in the industry today. He is always committed to shaping the success of people and businesses. He holds a Master in Physics from St.Joseph's College and EGIMP from IIM-B.

Arjun brings nearly 30 years of experience, working with Fortune 100 companies across 40 countries. His expertise in driving business success through technology and leading diverse global teams makes him a great fit for our organization. Most recently, Arjun served as the CEO of Conneqt Business Solutions, where he played a key role in growing the company from $125 million to $225 million, while expanding the team from 28,000 to 45,000 people. He previously spent 26 years at Wipro Technologies, leading major initiatives in the Energy and Natural Resources sector. Arjun holds a degree in Electronics & Communications Engineering from BMS College of Engineering, Bangalore. He also completed a Mini MBA at IIM Bangalore and attended a leadership program at Harvard Business School.

Badri is an Engineering and Management graduate and an alumnus of the National Institute of Technology (NIT), India, Deakins University, Australia and London Business School, UK. He is a founding partner at HexaCore Global (HCG), a bootstrap Business Process Consulting, HR Consulting and Staffing firm that helps companies to create, re-engineer and rejuvenate business and support processes and address skill gaps efficiently. In the past, Badri has worked in Tata Steel, Tata Power, Infrastructure World, Ramco Systems and Al Suwaidi Group.

Muthusubramanian is the group's Chief Financial Advisor since 2014. He worked as Senior Vice President of Polaris Software Lab and other MNC companies for over 35 years. He is a qualified Company Secretary, Cost Accountant, and Graduate in Law. He is experienced in setting up Indian and overseas entities, managing finance, accounts, treasury, internal audit, and statutory audits across countries. He is passionate about driving good corporate governance and practicing sound business ethics in the company.

Ronita Stephen is a highly compassionate leader with a robust background in chemistry. A gold medalist from Loyola College, she has consistently showcased outstanding academic prowess. Beginning her career as a Researcher with Shashun Pharmaceuticals Ltd. in Chennai, Ronita has since demonstrated exceptional leadership skills. Her tenure at Carisma Solutions Pvt Ltd and Stephen Consulting and Ventures Pvt. Ltd. highlights her adeptness in General Administration and growing Raise and Develop Association (RADA) within corporate environments. She has played a pivotal role in acquiring real estate for the company’s expansion since its inception. With a career spanning multiple companies and a solid educational foundation, Ronita brings extensive expertise to any board or organization she serves. Her strategic vision and unwavering commitment to excellence make her a valuable asset in the fields of general administration and management. Beyond her professional achievements, Ronita has a passion for good food, good health, baking and cooking. She also meticulously plans international travel for her family and friends, showcasing her attention to detail and love for exploration.

An accounting professional with 15 years of experience working with Indian and Australian Accounting, Audit, and Financial Advisory Firms. He holds an MBA in Finance and is a Fellow member of the Institute of Cost Accountants of India and the Institute of Public Accountants of Australia. His key role involves strategic client engagements. As the Director of our group companies, he heads the One Business Services, Wealth Management, and Mortgage business verticals. Having been with Carisma Solutions from its early stages, he has played a pivotal role in the organization’s growth. He also contributes to fostering a culture of sports and physical activity within the organization, having helped establish the Table Tennis and Cricket teams. Alongside his professional responsibilities, he runs the Carisma Cricket Club and the Bendigo Beats Band, focusing on music, dance, and arts.

Gayathri leads Carisma’s Smart SMSF and Services Management. She brings 17+ years of untiring experience in Accounting and Finance each day to work. She holds a master’s degree in Financial Management and Business Management. She is passionate about Client success and offering industry-ready solutions for fund managers, CFO and Business Leaders. Being a proactive person, she is always on top of client priorities and owns client commitments.

He excels in managing firms of various sizes, assisting them in growth and long-term success. His approach is rooted in collaboration, trust, and strategic guidance, ensuring that businesses not only reach their financial objectives but also establish a robust foundation for the future.

Muthuswamy is a seasoned business leader in the global IT industry with over 30 years of extensive experience spanning the Financial, Insurance, and Manufacturing sectors. He holds a degree from the Vellore Institute of Technology and completed his Executive Program in Management and Organization (EPMO) at Stanford University.

Before joining Carisma Solutions, Muthuswamy served as a Director at Cognizant Technology Services (CTS), managing P&L and driving delivery in the Insurance practice.

Prior to his tenure at CTS, he excelled as the Global Delivery Head at Tech Mahindra (formerly Mahindra Satyam), contributing significantly to global operations. He played a pivotal role in driving strategic initiatives for growth and was instrumental in business development, winning large deals collaboratively through consortium bids with HP and Capgemini.

Earlier in his career, he gained valuable experience as a Regional Distribution Manager in logistics and supply chain management Services management at Xerox Modicorp.

His expertise lies in business transformation aimed at achieving customer success. He is deeply passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and fostering world-class teams to drive organizational excellence.
